A G E N D A January 28, 2011
On Saturday, January 28 I will be doing a technique with you called "Changing Personal History."
For those of you who attended my December 1 workshop thank you for coming. My goal for the first workshop was to give an overview of what types of subjects we'll be covering in future workshops.
Going forward I will be teaching one topic per workshop and the workshops will be interactive. During the first half I will cover a topic, then do a demonstration with someone from the audience, and then during the second part of the workshops you'll be able to experience what you have learned by working with others.
The topic for December 29 will be "submodalities." Submodalities is about the qualities of our senses--they can be thought of as the most fundamental operating code of the human brain--seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, and smelling. It is not possible to think any thought or recall any experience without it having a submodality structure.
The most interesting aspect of submodalities is what happens when you change them, which I will be teaching you how to do.
